RULE 66
VENDORS AND PURCHASERS
66.01Notice of Application
A party to a contract for the sale of real property or a leasehold estate may apply by Notice of Application to determine
(a) the validity of an objection to title,
(b) whether a requisition on title has been satisfied,
(c) a claim for compensation, or
(d) any other question arising out of or connected with the contract.
66.02Prohibited Questions
A question as to the existence or validity of the contract itself shall not be determined under this rule.
On an application under this rule, the court may make such order as may be just.
