Under section 127 of the Liquor Control Act, the Minister makes the following Order:

1This Order may be cited as the Hours of Liquor Service and Tolerance Period Order - Liquor Control Act.

2The following hours of liquor service and tolerance periods for the sale, service and consumption of liquor in or upon licensed premises are prescribed:
(a) Repealed: 99-27
(b) Repealed: 90-114
(c) for a dining-room, lounge, club, forces canteen or premises licensed by virtue of a wine serving licence or a special facility licence, the hours of liquor service shall be every day of the week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day and the tolerance period shall be thirty minutes after the hour of 2:00 a.m.;
(d) for a premises licensed by virtue of a special events licence, the hours of liquor service shall be every day of the week between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day and the tolerance period shall be thirty minutes after the hour of 2:00 a.m.;
(d.1) the closing hours of liquor service prescribed in paragraph (d) are extended by two hours from February 7, 2008, to February 10, 2008, both dates inclusive, and the tolerance period shall be thirty minutes after the closing hour;
(e) for a dining-room or reception area of the premises of a dining-room approved by the Minister for special occasion use, the hours of liquor service shall be every day of the week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day and the tolerance period shall be thirty minutes after the hour of 2:00 a.m.;
(f) the closing hours of liquor service prescribed in paragraphs (c) and (e) are extended by one hour on the first day of January and the tolerance period shall be thirty minutes after the closing hour; and
(g) notwithstanding paragraph (c), the opening hour of liquor service for licensed premises referred to in paragraph (c) is 6:00 a.m. if full meal service is available on the licensed premises on and after the opening hour.
