Under section 95 of the Insurance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2012-53
1This Regulation may be cited as the Compensation Associations Regulation - Insurance Act.
2(1)The Property and Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation is designated as a compensation association for all classes of insurance listed in paragraphs 92.2(1)(a) to (k) of the Insurance Act.
2(2)The Canadian Life and Health Insurance Compensation Corporation is designated as a compensation association for all classes of insurance listed in paragraphs 92.2(1)(l) to (n) of the Insurance Act.
