Anatomy Act

Under section 2 of the Anatomy Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2018-38
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Anatomy Act.
2The Dalhousie University Medical School is designated as the school to receive bodies under the Anatomy Act and the Minister of Health is authorized to arrange or execute any necessary agreements under the said Act or in relation thereto.
3Regulation 7, Statutory Orders and Regulations, 1963 under the Anatomy Act is repealed.
