REGULATION 84-127
under the
Metallic Minerals Tax Act

Filed June 13, 1984
Under subsection 32(1) of the Metallic Minerals Tax Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Excluded Minerals Regulation - Metallic Minerals Tax Act.
2The following minerals are excluded from the operation of the Metallic Minerals Tax Act:
(a) salt, common salt, rock salt or halite,
(b) sylvite,
(c) carnallite,
(d) langbeinite,
(e) kainite,
(f) kieserite,
(g) glauberite,
(h) any salts of sodium, potassium and magnesium, and
(i) any sulphates, carbonates, nitrates, borates, borosilicates, fluorides and phosphates intimately associated with such minerals.
3Regulation 77-104 under the Metallic Minerals Tax Act is repealed.
