Under section 117 of the Fisheries Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Species of Fish Regulation - Fisheries Bargaining Act.
2The following species of fish, or groups of species, are specified for the purposes of subsection 12(2) of the Fisheries Bargaining Act:
Northeastern New Brunswick Inshore
Herring
Lobster
Scallops
Groundfish group
Mackerel
Salmon
Smelts & Tomcod group
Gaspereau
Northeastern New Brunswick Midshore
