Under section 2.1 of the Accountability and Continuous Improvement Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation – Accountability and Continuous Improvement Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Accountability and Continuous Improvement Act.
Crown bodies
3For the purposes of section 2.1 of the Act, the Crown bodies referred to in Schedule A or in Schedule B are prescribed.
Category 1 Crown bodies
4For the purposes of section 2.1 of the Act, the Crown bodies referred to in Schedule A are Category 1 Crown bodies.
Category 2 Crown bodies
5For the purposes of section 2.1 of the Act, the Crown bodies referred to in Schedule B are Category 2 Crown bodies.
Commencement
6This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2023.
