Under section 26 of the Gaming Control Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the New Brunswick Lotteries and Gaming Corporation Regulation - Gaming Control Act.
Deposit of revenue
2All revenue received by the Corporation shall, upon receipt, be deposited to the credit of the Corporation in a chartered bank or other institution approved by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board.

Transfer of money
3The money received by the Corporation pursuant to section 2, less any approved expenditures by the Corporation, shall be transferred without undue delay from the account of the Corporation to the Consolidated Fund in a bank designated by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board.

Trust fund payments
4For the purposes of section 23 of the Gaming Control Act, the amount of money to be paid by the Corporation in each fiscal year into the trust funds specified below is as follows: 
(a) the Arts Development Trust Fund – $1,200,000; and
(b) the Sport Development Trust Fund – $1,000,000.

5This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2008.
