Under subsection 118(1) of the Fish and Wildlife Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Game Bird Farm Licence Regulation - Fish and Wildlife Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Fish and Wildlife Act.
Fee for game bird farm licence
3The fee for a game bird farm licence issued under section 88 of the Act is $15.

Expiration of game bird farm licence
4A game bird farm licence expires on the thirty-first day of December in each year following the issuance or renewal of the licence.
Renewal of game bird farm licence
5A game bird farm licence may be renewed if the holder of the licence pays the fee prescribed in section 3 and otherwise meets the requirements of the Act and this Regulation.
Replacement game bird farm licence
6(1)A holder of a game bird farm licence who has lost his or her licence or whose licence has been damaged, stolen or destroyed may request from the Minister a replacement licence and the Minister, if satisfied that the licence is lost, damaged, stolen or destroyed, may, on payment of the fee set out in subsection (2), issue the replacement licence to the holder.
6(2)The fee for a replacement game bird farm licence is $5.25, which is payable each time a replacement licence is issued.
