Under section 20 of the Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission Act.
Prescribed institutions
3The post-secondary educational institutions listed in Schedule A are prescribed for the purposes of the definition “institutions” in section 1 of the Act.
Prescribed universities
4The post-secondary educational institutions listed in Part 1 of Schedule A are prescribed for the purposes of the definition “universities” in section 1 of the Act.
Commencement
5This Regulation comes into force on January 31, 2005.
