Under section 7 of the Common Business Identifier Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Designation Regulation - Common Business Identifier Act.
2The following Acts or parts of Acts are designated for the purpose of the definition “designated Act”:
(a) Business Corporations Act;
(b) Companies Act;
(b.1) Film and Video Act;
(b.2) Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act - paragraphs 15(1)(a), (b), (b.2) and (f);
(c) Limited Partnership Act;
(c.1) Liquor Control Act - Part III, except paragraph 63(f) and section 102;
(c.2) Motor Vehicle Act - section 84.3;
(c.3) Pari-Mutuel Tax Act;
(d) Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act;
(e) Private Investigators and Security Services Act - paragraphs 7(1)(a) and (b);
(f) Tobacco Tax Act - section 2 in relation to a wholesale vendor’s licence and a retail vendor’s licence.
