An Act to Amend the
Fish and Wildlife Act
Assented to March 17, 2020
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Paragraph 39.1(2)(d) of the Fish and Wildlife Act, chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended by striking out “on October 28 and ending on November 17” and substituting “on October 14 and ending on December 31”.
2Subsection 42(3.1) of the Act is amended by striking out “on October 28 and ending on November 17” and substituting “on October 14 and ending on December 31”.
Commencement
3This Act or any provision of it comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation.
