An Act to Amend the
Statute Revision Act
Assented to June 28, 2016
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1Section 13 of the Statute Revision Act, chapter 224 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in paragraph (b) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon;
(ii) by adding after paragraph (b) the following:
(c) to amend external cross-references in Acts and regulations that have been rendered inaccurate by a revision.
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “paragraph (1)(a)” and substituting “paragraph (1)(a) or (c)”.
