An Act to Amend the
Tuition Tax Cash Back Credit Act
Assented to June 13, 2012
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1The heading “Application of Financial Administration Act” preceding section 15 of the Tuition Tax Cash Back Credit Act, chapter T-16.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is repealed.
2Section 15 of the Act is repealed.
