Under section 29 of the Income Tax Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Registered Labour-sponsored Venture Capital Corporations Regulation - Income Tax Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Income Tax Act.
3This Regulation applies to the 1993 to 1997 taxation years, inclusive, and to the 1998 and 1999 taxation years which are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 2.3(4) of the Act.

4The Working Ventures Canadian Fund Inc. is prescribed as a registered labour-sponsored venture capital corporation for the purposes of section 2.3 of the Act.
5The Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund Inc. is prescribed as a registered labour-sponsored venture capital corporation for the purposes of section 2.3 of the Act.

6The Workers Investment Fund Inc. is prescribed as a registered labour-sponsored venture capital corporation for the purposes of section 2.3 of the Act.

7The Triax Growth Fund Inc. is prescribed as a registered labour-sponsored venture capital corporation for the purposes of section 2.3 of the Act.

8The Canadian Science and Technology Growth Fund Inc. is prescribed as a registered labour-sponsored venture capital corporation for the purposes of section 2.3 of the Act.
