REGULATION 84-62
under the
Habeas Corpus Act
(O.C. 84-259)

Under section 14 of the Habeas Corpus Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Habeas Corpus Act.
2The following form is prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-l73 under the Habeas Corpus Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to November 1, 1984.
