Winding-up Act

  Under section 13 of the Winding-up Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Winding-up Act.
2The following form is prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-201 under the Winding-up Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to March 31, 1998.
