Trustees Act

Under section 40 of the Trustees Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Trustees Act.
2The following form is prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-200 under the Trustees Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to November 1, 1984.
