REGULATION 82-222

Absconding Debtors Act

Under section 19 of the Absconding Debtors Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Absconding Debtors Act.
2The following forms are prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-150 under the Absconding Debtors Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to June 30, 1997.
