REGULATION 82-211

Metallic Minerals Tax Act

Under section 32 of the Metallic Minerals Tax Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Interest Rate Regulation - Metallic Minerals Tax Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Metallic Minerals Tax Act.
3On or after July 1, 1993, the rate of interest for the purposes of subsections 3(3) and (4) of the Act is the rate of interest prescribed on or after July 1, 1993 in subsection 9(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-247 under the Revenue Administration Act.
