Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act

1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-81 under the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following:
4(2.1)A retailer to which a tax is to be paid by a consumer under the Act shall collect the tax from the consumer and remit the tax to a collector.
