1Subsection 21(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 86-160 under the Crown Lands and Forests Act is repealed.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A is substituted.
3This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on April 1, 2023.
