1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for extirpated species under the heading “Mammals” by striking out “Wolf, Grey (Canis lupus)” and substituting “Wolf, Eastern (Canis sp. cf. lycaon)”;
(b) in the portion for endangered species under the heading “Mammals” by striking out “Lynx, Canada (Lynx canadensis)”;
(c) in the portion for species of special concern under the heading “Mammals” by adding in alphabetical order the following:
Lynx, Canada (Lynx canadensis)
