1Paragraph 3(1)(e.52) of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by striking out “3(1) or (3),”.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended in the portion for the COVID-19 Preventative Measures Regulation under the Public Health Act by striking out the following:
3(1)
entering a premise or attending an activity without providing proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of medical exemption
3(3)
failing to require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of medical exemption
3This Regulation comes into force on February 28, 2022.
