1Subsection 4(7) of New Brunswick Regulation 2022-50 under the Local Governance Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “five councillors” and substituting “one councillor”;
(b) in paragraph (d) by striking out “one councillor” and substituting “five councillors”.
2Subsection 17(6) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) three councillors elected from ward 1;
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) one councillor elected from each of wards 2 and 4; and
(c) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) two councillors elected from ward 3.
3Subsection 20(7) of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “1, 2, 3 and 4” and substituting “1, 3, 4 and 5”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “ward 5” and substituting “ward 2”.
4Subsection 31(7) of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “two councillors” and substituting “one councillor”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “one councillor” and substituting “two councillors”.
5Subsection 33(6) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) one councillor elected from each of wards 1, 2 and 4;
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) three councillors elected from ward 3; and
6Subsection 34(7) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) eight councillors elected from ward 1; and
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) one councillor elected from each of wards 2, 3, 4 and 5.
7Subsection 36(7) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) two councillors elected from each of wards 1 and 3; and
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) four councillors elected from ward 2.
8Subsection 56(7) of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “wards 1, 2 and 3” and substituting “wards 1, 2 and 4”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “ward 4” and substituting “ward 3”.
