REGULATION 2022-55

Direct Sellers Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-151 under the Direct Sellers Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 
3The following applications under the Act shall be made to the Director in the form provided by the Director: 
(a) an application for a vendor’s licence;
(b) an application for the renewal of a vendor’s licence;
(c) an application for a salesman’s licence; and
(d) an application for the renewal of a salesman’s licence.
2Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Subsection 8(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “accompanied by a bond in Form 1” and substituting “accompanied by a bond in a form referred to in subsection 19(1.1) of the Act”.
4This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2022.
