1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for endangered species
(i) under the heading “Birds” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Flycatcher, Olive-sided (Contopus cooperi)
(ii) under the heading “Arthropods” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Bumble Bee, Bohemian Cuckoo (Bombus bohemicus)
Monarch (Danaus plexippus)
(iii) under the heading “Vascular Plants” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Pinweed, Beach (Lechea maritima)
(iv) under the heading “Lichens” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Lichen, Wrinkled Shingle (Pannaria lurida)
(b) in the portion for threatened species under the heading “Birds” by repealing “Flycatcher, Olive-sided (Contopus cooperi)”;
(c) in the portion for species of special concern
(i) under the heading “Arthropods” by repealing “Monarch (Danaus plexippus)”;
(ii) under the heading “Vascular Plants” by repealing “Pinweed, Beach (Lechea maritima)”.
