1Schedule 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (e) by striking out “by-laws” and substituting “by-laws, except examinations of medical records or certificates as part of a forensic psychiatric assessment ordered by a court”;
(b) in paragraph (h) by striking out “tribunal” and substituting “tribunal, except with respect to a forensic psychiatric assessment ordered by a court”.
