1Section 19 of New Brunswick Regulation 2010-74 under the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act is amended by striking out “and licence fee referred to in the Provincial Dog Regulation - Municipalities Act” and substituting “and registration fee referred to in the Dog Control Regulation – Local Governance Act”.
2This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2022.
