REGULATION 2022-32
under the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act
(O.C. 2022-137)

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (a) the following:
(a.001) an offence under subsection 39(2) of the Aquaculture Act;
(a.002) an offence under paragraph 15(a), (c), (d) or (e) of the General Regulation – Aquaculture Act;
(b) in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (a.1) the following:
(a.11) in respect of prescribed offences specified in paragraph (1)(a.001) or (a.002), inspectors as appointed or designated under section 67 of the Aquaculture Act;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding the following before the portion for the Beverage Containers Act:
