REGULATION 2021-50

Municipalities Act

1Section 31 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
31(1)The town called Woodstock is continued.
31(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Woodstock, being an area contiguous to Woodstock, is annexed to Woodstock and the new territorial limits of Woodstock are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 31(2).
31(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 25, 2021.
31(4)The inhabitants of the area shown on the plan attached as Schedule 31(2) continue as Woodstock.
2Schedule 31(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 31(2) is substituted.
3This Order comes into force on June 25, 2021.
