REGULATION 2021-49
under the
Municipalities Act

Filed June 25, 2021
1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (o) and substituting the following: 
(o) the parish of Wicklow, excluding that portion of the village of Centreville located in the parish, for fire protection and community services;
(b) by repealing paragraph (p) and substituting the following: 
(p) the parish of Wilmot, excluding that portion of the village of Centreville located in the parish and that portion of the local service district of Lakeville located in the parish, for fire protection and community services; and
2This Regulation comes into force on June 25, 2021.
