1Paragraph 3(1)(a.07) of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by striking out “section 21.1 or subsection 23(1) or 24(3)” and substituting “section 21.1, subsection 23(1) or 24(3) or paragraph 28.9(c)”.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended in the portion for New Brunswick Regulation 82-103 under the Fish and Wildlife Act by adding after
24(3)
killing more than 2 grilse 
the following
28.9(c)
killing a fish under a live release licence
