REGULATION 2021-13

Fire Prevention Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-20 under the Fire Prevention Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “2010” and substituting “2015”;
(b) by repealing paragraph (e) and substituting the following: 
(e) the National Building Code of Canada 2015, with the exception of Parts 2 and 7 of Division B of Volume 1 and section 3.8, which is replaced by the Barrier-Free Design Building Code Regulation – Building Code Administration Act.
2Paragraph 3(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “National Building Code of Canada, 2010” and substituting “National Building Code of Canada 2015”.
3This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 2021.
