Subsection 2(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 82-103 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “Except in the case of a live release licence referred to in section 29, no licence” and substituting
“No licence”
.

Section 3 of the Regulation is amended
(
a
)
in subsection (2)
(i
)
in paragraph (g) of the English version by striking out the semicolon at the end of the paragraph and substituting
“; and”

(ii
)
in paragraph (h) by striking out the semicolon at the end of paragraph and substituting a period;
(iii
)
by repealing paragraph (i);

)
by repealing paragraph (j);
(v
)
by repealing paragraph (k);
(

in subsection (2.2) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “or a Class 13, 14 or 15 licence”;

Section 4 of the Regulation is amended
(

in paragraph (a) by striking out “for such species of fish” and substituting
“for such species of fish and to winter ice fish for all species of fish except Atlantic salmon and striped bass for the entire open season, on the days, in the waters and otherwise as prescribed by law for winter ice fishing such species of fish”

(ii
)
in paragraph (b) in the portion preceding subparagraph (i) by striking out “for such species of fish” and substituting
