REGULATION 2020-32

Municipalities Act

1Section 25 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
25(1)The town called Town of St. Leonard is continued and the name of the town is Saint-Léonard.
25(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Saint-Léonard, being an area contiguous to Saint-Léonard, is annexed to Saint-Léonard, and the new territorial limits of Saint-Léonard are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 25(2).
25(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 1, 2020.
2Schedule 25(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 25(2) is substituted.
3This Order comes into force on June 1, 2020.
