NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2020-27
under the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act
(O.C. 2020-84)

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (a.051) the following:
(a.052) an offence under paragraph 24(1)(b) of the Emergency Measures Act;
(b) in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (a.6) the following:
(a.61) in respect of a prescribed offence specified in paragraph (1)(a.052), persons authorized to exercise the powers and duties of a peace officer under an Act, members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and police officers as defined in the Police Act;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding after the portion for the Crown Lands and Forests Act the following:
