1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 94-90 under the Highway Act is amended by adding after section 28 the following: 
Division D
Route 11 – Caraquet Bypass
29All that portion of Route 11 from Rue du Portage in the Town of Caraquet to the traffic circle at Route 145 and Route 325 (Boulevard des Acadiens) in the village of Bertrand located in Gloucester Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and Rue du Portage; thence in an westerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 12.958 kilometres to the traffic circle in Bertrand at Route 145 and Route 325 (Boulevard des Acadiens), including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.

30All that portion of Route 11 located in the Town of Caraquet, Caraquet Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portion of Route 11 and Rue du Portage; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 200 metres.
Rue du Portage
31All that portion of Rue du Portage located in the Town of Caraquet, Caraquet Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portion of Rue du Portage and Route 11; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Rue du Portage for a distance of approximately 200 metres.
Alexis Road
32All those portions of Alexis Road located in Caraquet Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Alexis Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centre line of Alexis Road for a distance of 170 metres.
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Alexis Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centre line of Alexis Road for a distance of 160 metres.
