1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 84-177 under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended
(a) by repealing section 1 and substituting the following:

ASME CSD-1-2015: Controls and Safety Devices for Automatically Fired Boilers
ASME B31.1-2018: Power Piping
ASME B31.3-2016: Process Piping
ASME B31.4-2016: Pipeline Transportation Systems for Liquids and Slurries
ASME B31.8-2016: Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems
ASME B31.9-2017: Building Services Piping
ASME NQA-1-2017: Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications
ASME PVHO-1-2016: Safety Standard for Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy
(b) by repealing section 2 and substituting the following:

(c) by repealing section 3 and substituting the following:

API 510 10th Edition (May 2014): Pressure Vessel Inspection Code: In-Service Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration
API 570 4th Edition (February 2016): Piping Inspection Code: In-service Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration of Piping Systems
API 579-1/ASME FFS-1- Fitness-for Service
API 580 3rd Edition (February 2016):  Risk-Based Inspection
(d) by repealing section 4; 
(e) by repealing section 5 and substituting the following:

CSA B51-14: Boiler, pressure vessel, and pressure piping code
CSA B52-13: Mechanical refrigeration code
CSA B139 Series-15: Installation code for oil-burning equipment
Update No. 1 to the English version of CSA Standard B139-09 February 2010
CSA N285.0-12/N285.6 Series-12: General requirements for pressure-retaining systems and components in CANDU nuclear power plants/Material Standards for reactor components for CANDU nuclear power plants
CSA N286-12: Management system requirements for nuclear facilities
2Schedule B of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing section 1 and substituting the following:

(d) by repealing section 4.
