REGULATION 2018-90

Provincial Offences Procedure Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (a.011) the following:
(a.012) an offence under subsection 6(2), (3) or (4), subsection 7(4), (5) or (7), subsection 8(2) or (3), section 11, section 12, subsection 14(1) or (2), section 15, subsection 16(1) or (2), subsection 17(1), (3) or (4), subsection 18(2) or section 20 of the Cannabis Control Act;
(b) in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (a.2) the following:
(a.21) in respect of prescribed offences specified in paragraph (1)(a.012), peace officers as defined in the Cannabis Control Act and inspectors appointed or designated under section 23 of the Cannabis Control Act;
