REGULATION 2018-50

Municipalities Act

1Section 25 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
25(1)The town called Town of St. Leonard is continued and the name of the town is Saint-Léonard.
25(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Saint-Léonard, being an area contiguous to Saint-Léonard, is annexed to Saint-Léonard and the new territorial limits of Saint-Léonard are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 25(2).
25(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 1, 2018.
2 The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 25(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on June 1, 2018.
