1New Brunswick Regulation 2017-8 under the Employment Standards Act is amended by adding after section 1 the following
Definition of “Act”
1.1In this Regulation, “Act” means the Employment Standards Act.
2Section 2 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
2Unless otherwise provided in the Act or any regulation made under the Act, this Regulation applies to every employee and employer in New Brunswick.
