1Subsection 14(3) of the French version of New Brunswick Regulation 91-158 under the Aquaculture Act is amended by striking out “diagnostic” wherever it appears and substituting “diagnostique”.
2Subsection 15(1) of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “diagnostique” and substituting “diagnostic”.
3Subsection 16(1) of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “service de diagnostique piscicole” and substituting “service de diagnostic sanitaire piscicole”.
4Section 18 of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “diagnostique” and substituting “diagnostic”.
5Section 20 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “diagnostique” and substituting “diagnostic”;
(b) in subsection (2) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “diagnostique” and substituting “diagnostic”.
6Section 21 of the French version of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
21  Le titulaire de permis qui se livre sur un site aquacole marin à la culture de géniteurs :
(a) veille à ce qu’un service de diagnostic sanitaire piscicole approuvé par le Ministre recueille et analyse tous les fluides reproducteurs des géniteurs mâles ou femelles au plus tard trente jours avant ou après la date de fertilisation de leurs œufs;
(b) veille à ce que les fluides reproducteurs soient analysés au moyen de la technique des anticorps fluorescents ou de toute autre technique qu’approuve le Ministre afin de découvrir la présence de la maladie bactérienne du rein.
7The Regulation is amended by adding after section 21 the following:
21.1Immediately after the testing of a sample under this Regulation, a fish health diagnostic service shall give notice of the test results to the Minister.
21.2For the purposes of section 38 of the Act, a person may disclose any information obtained under the Act to a fish health diagnostic service approved by the Minister under this Regulation.
8This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2016.
