1Section 23 of New Brunswick Regulation 2015-60 under the Electricity Act is amended in the definition “eligible electricity”
(a) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) of the French version by striking out “ou l’autre”;
(b) in paragraph (a) of the English version by striking out “or” at the end of the paragraph;
(c) in paragraph (b) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting “; or”;
(d) by adding after paragraph (b) the following:
(c) a facility at which electricity is generated from a source.
2This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on August 12, 2014.
