1Schedule 1 of New Brunswick Regulation 2011-61 under the Community Planning Act is amended
(a) in Sentence 3.8.1.1.(6) by striking out “3.8.3.18.” and substituting “3.8.3.19.”;
(b) in Article 3.8.3.18.
(i) in Sentence (2) by striking out “suite of residential occupancy” in the portion preceding Clause (a) and substituting “sleeping unit”;
(ii) in Sentence (3) by striking out “suite of residential occupancy” in the portion preceding Clause (a) and substituting “sleeping unit”.
2This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2016.
