1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended

(a) in paragraph (2.1)(j) by adding after subparagraph (iii) the following:

(iii.1) midwife,

(b) in paragraph (2.2)(h) by adding after subparagraph (iii) the following:

(iii.1) midwife,

2Schedule 2 of the Regulation is amended by repealing paragraph (c).
