1Section 5.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-30 under the Marriage Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
5.1From April 4, 2016, to April 1, 2018, both dates inclusive, the fee payable for a marriage licence issued under section 16 of the Act is $115.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the following after section 5.1:
5.2On and after April 2, 2018, the fee payable for a marriage licence issued under section 16 of the Act is $125.
5.3From April 4, 2016, to April 1, 2018, both dates inclusive, the fee payable for the replacement of a marriage licence is $20.
5.4On and after April 2, 2018, the fee payable for the replacement of a marriage licence is $35.
3This Regulation comes into force on April 4, 2016.
