1Subsection 92(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 95-57 under the Personal Property Security Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$23.00, plus $8.00 per year” and substituting “$25.00, plus $9.00 per year”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “$8.00 per year” and substituting “$9.00 per year”;
(c) in paragraph (i) by striking out “$9.00 per search” and substituting “$10.00 per search”.
2This Regulation comes into force on February 15, 2016.
