1Paragraph 4(a) of New Brunswick Regulation 2014-27 under the Prescription and Catastrophic Drug Insurance Act is repealed.
2Paragraph 6(c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsidies”.
3Paragraph 7(1)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or a subsidy”.
4The heading “Advisory Committee” preceding section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
5Section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
6The heading “Meetings of the Advisory Committee” preceding section 9 of the Regulation is repealed.
7Section 9 of the Regulation is repealed.
8The heading “Conflict of interest of a member of the Advisory Committee” preceding section 10 of the Regulation is repealed.
9Section 10 of the Regulation is repealed.

(a) in subsection (4) by striking out “the last day of the month preceding the first” and substituting “the first day of each”;

(c) in subsection (8) by striking out “to a maximum of $30” and substituting “but not more than the amount set out in Schedule B”;
(d) in subsection (9) by striking out “to a maximum of $30” and substituting “but not more than the amount set out in Schedule B”.

54The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule B.
55This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2015.
