1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 2003-36 under the Insurance Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Kinds of licences
4The following kinds of licences may be issued under subsection 352(1) of the Act:
(a) a life agent licence; and
(b) a life and accident and sickness agent licence.
2Subsection 6(2) of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 7 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
